The face is the first border.

Before a word, before a name, the face is what enters the room first. It is also what most easily can be stolen — a poorly stored photograph and your face is no longer yours. So we built a gallery, not a factory. Every swap here passes through explicit consent of the face's owner. Every video leaves with an encrypted watermark, invisible to the eye but legible to a forensics expert.

We take after Fernando Pessoa, who lived seventy-two lives under a single body. He called his others "heteronyms" — entire people with their own biography and style, who wrote through his hand. Here, each persona is a Pessoa in miniature: a face-as-character you can lend to your video, without it swallowing you.

This gallery does not belong to Silicon Valley. It belongs to Rua dos Anjos, to A Brasileira do Chiado, to the café where decisions get made standing up. If you leave here with a face that isn't yours, it is because you chose to lend it — not because someone stole it from you.
